Create a change order
Add mid-job changes to the contract so the client price and your profit stay accurate.
Change orders capture work added or changed after the contract is signed. They live on the project, not the quote document.
- 1Open the project and go to Finance → Quotes.
- 2Enter your contract value (the agreed job price) first.
- 3Tap Change order.
- 4Give it a name and a client price, add tax or a detail if you like, and save.
You can also add the expected cost of the change (and who you'll pay for it) so RenoJira can show the profit on it.
Change orders add to the project's total quoted amount and the client's balance.
