Customize your quote PDF

Set the company details, quote number, and default terms that appear on every quote you send.

Your quote PDF is built from your company details and defaults. Set them once at Settings → Company.

• Company name, business number, phone, email, website, and address.
• A Quote number prefix (for example, Q-).
• Quote defaults — a default warranty, terms & conditions, and payment schedule that fill in on new quotes.

Anything you set in a quote's Terms & details also appears on its PDF.
