Why a team member may not see profit

Profit is hidden unless someone's project access allows it — here's who sees it and how to grant it.

Profit and the money-in / money-out figures are sensitive, so they're hidden from most people. Whether someone sees them depends on their project access.

• Full Access — sees profit.
• Manager and Crew — do not see profit by default.
• Custom — you can switch View Profit on for that person.

If a team member says the profit numbers are blank, that's expected for their role. To let them see it, give them Full Access on the project, or use Custom and turn on View Profit.
