How Crew Pay hours are calculated
Where the hours come from and how pay periods work.
Hours come straight from clock-in and clock-out entries, at each person's pay rate — so the hours you see are the hours you pay.
- 1Set each crew member's pay rate in Manage Team.
- 2Choose your pay schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) in payroll settings.
- 3Attendance in the period rolls into their total automatically.
A shift with no clock-out isn't counted until it's closed — fix it from the attendance view.
