My data isn't updating

Why a number can lag for a moment, and how to force the latest.

RenoJira briefly reuses recently loaded data to keep things fast, so a change can take a few seconds to appear — especially on a screen you already had open.

Get the latest

  • Switch to another tab and back, or reopen the project.
  • Reload the page in your browser.
  • Check your internet connection — the app needs one to save and fetch.
A change you just made yourself saves immediately. If a teammate's change hasn't shown up yet, give it a moment or reload.
