A team member can't see a project
People only see projects they've been given access to — here's how to share one.
A project is visible only to its owner and the people given access to it. If a team member can't see a project, they haven't been added to that one.
Give them access
- 1Send them an invitation to the project with a role.
- 2They open the link and accept it after signing in.
- 3The project then appears in their list.
Access is per project — someone can be on one job and not another. The role you give them controls what they can see inside it. See Set project access in Team Collaboration.
