Add an expense to a project
Log a job cost — materials, labor, or a subcontractor bill — on any project in a few taps.
Every cost you record lands on a project, so your job costs and profit stay accurate.
Add an expense
- 1Open the project and go to Finance.
- 2Select Expenses, then tap Add expense.
- 3Choose how to enter it — Scan receipt, Import file, or Manual entry.
- 4Fill in Amount, Date, and Who You Paid, then pick a Payment Method.
- 5Tap Save. Use Save & add another to log several in a row.
On a project with no expenses yet, you'll see Scan receipt and Manual entry buttons instead of the menu.
