Track job costs and profit on a project
See total spent, what you've received, and your real profit for a job in one place.
Every expense rolls up into the project's Finance dashboard so you always know where a job stands.
- 1Open the project and go to Finance.
- 2The cards across the top show Payments received, Expenses (Total spent), Quotes (Total quoted), and the Summary (Current profit).
- 3Open Summary for the full breakdown: client balance, current profit and margin, the vendor breakdown, and tax.
Current profit is what you've received minus what you've spent. Expected profit compares your quote to your costs.
Profit is only visible to people with the right project access — see Why a team member may not see profit in Reports & Profit.
